Wednesday, February 18th

Today I set out to just ride a few miles and my legs were screaming! Because of my new shoes/pedals, I'm using some different muscles than before and I'm in that stage where they have not gotten acclimated to all of this yet and so they get REALLY sore very easily! I ended up only riding about 4 miles and then ran for almost 4 miles followed by lunges (necessary torture!) and some crunches. I have to admit that I'm looking forward to March 15th when I shall really rest. :) But, here and now, I work!
