Tuesday, February 3rd

Today was a spinning day (easier gear, higher cadence) to get my pedalling smoother. I pulled Mr Logi behind me in his trailer because my theory has always been that that is similar to doing some hills, and he takes a nice nap in the trailer. I rode up, around, and on to the Cucamonga trail and back; 26 miles followed by 50 lunges. I like the security of bike trails (especially pulling the trailer) however, the Cucamonga trail has way too many pedestrians and they all appear to be hearing impaired. Teaches me patience I guess.
