Monday, February 2nd

Today was supposed to be my "rest" day. So, I did 1/2 hr of Pilates, 1/2 hr of Yoga, and push-ups. I was resting my legs, but then went over to my friend's and ruined that on her Wii. :) I didn't play too much so it was still ok!
I like "rest day" a lot! Especially now that there's really only one of them each week. I'm really looking forward to this coming Monday. :) I think rest day should also be "lay around, eat ice cream, and watch movies day". Somehow, I think that would not be compatible with my training regimine, the fat girl in my head is lovin' it though.

Todays totals:
1/2 hr Pilates
1/2 hr Yoga
Some Wii running and jumping thing that killed my calves
