I will not be doing any exercising today. We are leaving at 2am to drive (6 1/2 hrs) up to Northern Cali where we will visit with my family and then head over for our nephew's 1st Birthday party. We plan on leaving to drive home by 7pm-crazy I know!! This eliminates any option of exercise, so I will accept it as a total rest day!!
